Dream Stateroom 12512

[MelInAZ]

We just booked 12512 on the Dream for a March 2016 sailing. I'm having a heck of a time finding any photos or videos of this room, so thought I'd start a new post. I did see 2 stateroom reviews and I know it has a larger verandah because it is on the bump out, but still looking for photos/videos.

Thank you! The verandah is even better than I imagined. We were in 12518 on our first cruise, so I could kind of see the verandahs on the bump out when looking down the ship, but the photos really show the size.

Yes I think you have found my stateroom section 12012 has a big bump out you will have the same.

Hey Mel we have the same cabin booked in Sept! There is a pretty good video of the one bedroom (no bump out though) on you tube.

I will follow this post and try to upload pics after our trip. By the way we're also in AZ.

Just a little but they fire them in two directions on the top of the ship so you miss a lot. They fire from forward and aft and over the ship to starboard, often DCL say on close staterooms not to use the verandah.

My personal advice you miss a lot on the verandah and you want to go one up from the pool decks. Mid ship.

I was in 12518 in March and our concierge team encouraged us to watch from our balcony since I was feeling a bit under the weather. We couldn't see the entire show, but it was nice to just have the four of us on the balcony watching. I imagine with the 12512 bump out, the view will be even better. We have 12512 booked for a March 2016 cruise, so I will have to remember to report back before your April cruise.

We watched from 12516/12518 this summer. We enjoyed just relaxing through the show. Who knows though, maybe we will go out next time.

We booked this room for our honeymoon cruise in May of 2016 so I would be interested to see any other pictures/videos as well!

I had 12506.

What I liked better about this room was the large bump out balcony, but it faced the front of the ship.

Just a personal preference I guess.
