Just back from a 5 Night Dream Cruise. The ship was full...~4000 passengers and we didn't even really notice. We had verandah room 10136 and it was very quiet.
Here are some improvements as compared to Magic and Wonder.
Elevators - Awesome! Never had to wait more than 20 seconds and they are fast.
Adult only Pool area - Much bigger and more comfortable.
Meridian - Finally a place where smoking a fine cigar (outside - Port) is encouraged. Also a non-smoking area on Starboard side of the ship. Meridian is not only for Palo and Remy guests. I think some thought it was. A nice quiet place to relax for adults to have an espresso, glass of wine, or whatever you want.
Shopping - Much more and spread out in the same area.
Cabanas - Better layout than Topsiders and more inside seating. The food is separated into different stations so you don't have to always start at the end of the line.
Showers in rooms - Seemed a little bigger and the water control and pressure was excellent.
Refrigerator in Room - It actually cools your drinks! (Actually froze one of the water bottles!)
Space under bed - Seemed taller and we were able to store all six of our bags under the bed.
Shutters- A Much better process than the old way where you had to search for your pictures. Having them placed in a book assigned to your stateroom was genius!
Future Cruises - A second desk was added. (Leslie is still there!)
On demand TV - This was great! You can select what movie you want to watch and pause and restart when you want. Had a great selection.
Living Pictures - These were neat! When you stood in front of them they would come alive.
Pirate Night Buffet - The buffet is now inside Cabanas and not out on the deck. This made it more pleasing and better crowd control.
AquaDuck - Very fun!
Nemo's Reef - Looked like a very fun place for little ones to enjoy the water.
Overall, every aspect of the ship was thought out very well and where improvements were needed, they were made as compared to the Magic and Wonder. The only con compared to Magic and Wonder I could think of was the length of the ship. It takes much longer to walk from end to end.
