Does anyone know how to reprogram an iPod

ok...I have an iPod mini. I got it at the end of oct. 05', my internet went down in the middle of nov. 05'. So itunes wasnt working... now my internet is back up, i sill have my iPod mini. When i try to get on itunes it doesnt come up Does anyone know who to reprogram it?

I am so sorry...I wish I could help, I just got a video iPod for Christmas and I am still trying to figure out how to work everything myself. As soon as I can find out something I will get back to you.

I have a video iPod also. I had some problems with mine so I know how to reset it. I don't know if it's the same for the mini but you can try it. Turn the hold button on then off again. Then press the center button and the menu button at the same time for about 6 seconds. Or untill you see the apple symbol. I don't know if thats what you need to help you or if it will even work for yours but it's worht a shot.

If Itunes is not coming up, go to control panel, remove itunes. Go to apple.com and redownload the newest version of itunes. Install. Then hook up ipod (mini).

If itunes is not recongizing the ipod mini then, do the same thing. I had to reload itunes twice before it would work for me orginally. And a reset of the ipod as described above would not hurt.
