Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

My fastpass reservation day is this Tuesday and I am dreading it. Is IPO available to assist with this like they are with ADRs?

I did it last Sunday night at 11 p.m., which was midnight Eastern Time. I found everything I wanted. Its not that hard, you just need to be organized before you sign on, and be ready to do it as soon as you can get in.

If your FP+ day is Tuesday, you can go into the system on Monday night at whatever the equivalent of your time zone is for midnight Eastern Time.

We will be staying at the YC CL from September 25-October 1...I didn't think any renovation was going on...I only saw information on the BC. Do you have more details? Thanks

They are finishing the beach club first before they move over to the yacht side. When I was there a couple of weeks ago they had just started on the 1st floor of the bc. So I'm not sure what the time line is. They started with floor 5 and worked their way down floor by floor. I could only guess they will start with floor 5 at the yacht club as well. But there's no guaranteed date.

We've had several members of this group stay there, I don't know if any of them have typed up a report, but often they'll come here when they get home and give a brief run down. Unfortunately there's really no easy way to find that, you'd just have to use the thread search tools. Or check the trip reports board. Hi - We arrive at BC CL in @ two weeks; so excited! IPO reached out to me via email about one week ago and asked for my room requests and if I had any questions. So nice of them to do so, but just wondering if I need to fax / email room request to anyone else at the property? I think this should suffice but not sure?

Also, if someone has stayed at BC CL recently, were they still offering same-day FP+ texting service for guests?

We stayed at BC CL in July. They were offering the FP+ texting service during our stay. We used it several times. It was great!

We check in on September 7 and I got the email @ two weeks ago. However, I had reached out to them previously with an unrelated question so not sure if that may have helped since I initiated communications, technically?

What room request did you ask for? I have a lagoon / water view room. My TA should have put large balcony on my room.

I thoroughly enjoyed your report and I am so excited to use our 3 day/2 night AKL DVC CL stay for some total relaxation at the end of our trip in Jan. Please ad us (Debbie &Chris) to the ALK CL list for 2 nights on 1/31 and 1 night on 4/13/16. Many thanks!

Hi - TA here and I have my first clients staying CL at CR, Atrium. Quick questions - what type of requests would there be for online check in for CL at CR? We already have adjoining room requests with their friends. And if they do online check in, am I safe in assuming they'll still be greeted upon exiting DME and escorted to the private check in area? How does that work anyway?

I'll be going over final details with her (first time trip) soon and CL is the only thing I've never experienced so I don't want to sound stupid!! lol. I've been doing all the communicating with IPO and will continue to do so up until they leave, Sept. 23. IPO did a stellar job in getting all dining reservations, btw!

Any other CR tips and such is greatly appreciated. I've been following this thread for awhile and CR info doesn't come up very much! I love all the info and pictures though that I have found already. It's helped greatly with assisting this client, so thank you all for doing what you do here!

I would let them know they may or may not be greeted as they exit the bus. Just in case a castmember isn't there. If they don't see someone standing there with an iPad then tell them to go on inside and tell the front desk they are here to check-in for club level. Then they'll send someone to help them.

Does anyone know where the 5 DVC CL rooms (specifically the studios) are located in relation to the lounge? I know they are on the 6th floor but I wonder if they are near the lounge? Also slightly OT but still relevant to CL guests, did you know that the sunrise safari is no longer available?

I asked for a room with a daybed and close to the lounge. I am travelling with my three daughters (dh has his own vacation, staying home with the dog!) so would appreciate the extra bed (if possible; know it's tough with just four of us) and proximity to the lounge. Since we booked a standard-view room, I am not too concerned with size of the balcony. Not going to sit outside to enjoy view of rooftops or parking lot!

Who will you be traveling with? Look forward to seeing you guys around!
