HI
I am going to Disney world and i wanted to know what BUFFETS in Disney have the biggest selection of non-meat cuisine.
Thanks!

Boma and Tusker House!

I am a veggie---been to Boma (yum) going to Tusker House this June!

It depends on what type of vegetarian you are.

If you only don't eat meat, most of the buffets offer a very nice selection of dishes that are meat free.

If you are a pescatarian you probably will have the greatest selection.

However if you are vegan or Lacto-ovo your choices will be much more narrow.

I'm a veggie that doesn't eat fish, though I'm fine with dairy and eggs at a pinch (though eggs in things, not cooked eggs, mainly as I hate the taste) and I make do quite happily at most buffets.

I've done Crystal Palace, Boma, Chef Mickey's, etc. with little problems.

The only pain I find it having a "main" component of a dish, such as tofu for instance. But the chefs are great and you can ask to speak to them and they'll accomodate where possible (they bent over backwards for me at Boma), even at buffets.
