Check this out, I got it from my facebook account, someone is doing a test and it looks like there is a wallpaper desktop image creation application on MDV on the disneyworld.com website.

You need to login or register for an account, but trust me its worth it... the application is simple but cool, you can add images and your own text. Go and download it... I believe they are working on a MAC fix but PC works just fine.
