Disney Food Pictures...Part IV!

I've never seen a waitress plate this tableside. That might be the problem. Did she pour the sauces on herself? They are very, very sweet, and a little goes a long way.... particularly the caramel sauce. Unfortunately this might have ruined the dish, as I generally find the pudding itself to be wonderfully flavorful.... definitely the best on property, and a good value considering the size of the portion. If I had one complaint, it'd be that it is too big, actually, as the top half of the pudding is far superior in my opinion to the bottom. In any case, just curious about how yours was done....

When we were there our waiter plated ours as well, he didn't pour the sauce over it though. He said that it was the proper way to eat it. Lol

Who wants sauce on ALL of it? Well I suppose those with big-time sweet-tooths might, but certainly not me. And what does it mean that that is the only way to get sauce on all of it? Are people incapable of pouring it evenly themselves? It's not like it's quantam mechanics. And what, she'd deny a request for more sauce if it were needed? What odd behavior from your server....
I'm so sorry you didn't get to experience it on your own terms.
But I completely agree on its size. My wife and I shared it with my mother a few weeks ago. When we ordered my mother pushed to get a second one, thinking we wouldn't have enough. I assured her it would be. I was, of course, quite right.....

Here is the Ribeye from Le Cellier Arguably the best steak I have EVER eaten...

Not a perfect picture but steaks are hard because a lot of times they are in darker restaurants...

Hidden Mickey cupcake, from Contemporary. For reference, this cupcake was definitely smaller than a standard cupcake. But gosh it's fun!

Thanksgiving meal at value resort. Very satisfying; sweet potato casserole was also available, but for some reason I was given corn instead.

Pumpkin pie. Nice, but nothing special. (Cranberry sauce in the back there from my meal.)

Citrus pancakes from Grand Floridian Cafe. Very tasty! I wasn't too crazy about the tons of dried cranberries, but the nut butter was amazing.

Side of hash browns as alternative to sausage. Cheesy and good!

Go to Shula's. Much better steaks and easier to find a seat.

I just attended my daughters cross country awards and someone made these for dessert. They had just returned from wdw. Not as good I think they used canned frosting but close enough to tide me over until disney.... Maybe
