Food & Wine:
Hawaii - Kalua Pork Slider with Sweet and Sour Dole Pineapple Chutney and Spicy Mayonnaise
Canada - Chicken Chipotle Sausage with Sweet Corn Polenta
Ireland - Lobster and Scallop Fisherman's Pie, Kerrygold Cheese Selection, and Warm Chocolate Lava Cake with Baileys Irish Cream Ganache
(inside)
France - Escargots Persillade en Brioche (Garlic and Parsley Snails in Brioche), and Parisian Cosmo Slush (Ciroc Vodka, Grand Marier, Cranberry)
Morocco - Baklava
Japan - Spicy Tuna Roll, and I think the Hatsumago Sake (whichever was supposed to be the "lighter" version, still very strong for someone who doesn't drink sake)
And, although not a F&W item, I had to get my beloved school bread from Norway
I enjoyed all of the above, minus the sake. The cheese plate was just okay but I didn't care for the chutney. My favorites were the sausage from Canada and the pork slider from Hawaii.
