Still cool and cloudy here, should be a bit warmer than yesterday - the good news is that this weather is headed eastward! It should break that heat wave you have been having out there!

We will be a DVC Vero Beach for a few days before the cruise. Just got our reservations last week. Anyone else going to be there? Maybe we could have a pre-cruise meet for dinner?

What a gorgeous morning we have woken up to here in the UK .. it's only just after 8am and the sun is streaming through my patio doors.

My cat is complaining already, if only he could take that fur coat off!
I've put my little guinea pigs out in their run with the big brolly over them to keep them in the shade and I will soon be working from the garden I think!

Must remember to put sunscreen on today though as burnt my knee last week!

3 weeks today and I'll be on the Dover-Barcelona Magic cruise

I know we will be making trips to Loveland as I blew out my knee at work and will prob be getting it cut on here sometime soon, the sooner the better for me.

We are also scheduled to do the Denver Rock and Roll Marathon (half for me), and will be in Denver the day before that, I would have to look it up and see when it really was, other than sometime in October.

It is a lovely day here, but the heat is coming back, not as extreme as it was, but today I think it will be close to 80 and it is supposed to be in the 80's over the weekend.

Yep, I'm the mom to PoohFriend. We have never made it to Frontier Days. I know we are really missing something by not going. I have been enjoying the cooler weather but I know it isn't here to stay. Suppose to be in the mid 80's today and I think we might see the 90's this weekend.

I won't be available for a meet mid August. We booked an Alaskan tour/cruise with Holland America yesterday. I feel like a Disney traitor since we have taken 8 cruises with DCL and then the MV B2B. I have told myself not to compare. Just go and enjoy Alaska. I wanted the inner passage and since Disney isn't doing it we decided to go with HAL.
