For anyone that has been on a Halloween cruise- do we still have a pirate night? I talked to someone with the cruise line and they said ordinarily the pirate night would occur on the 31st, but weren't sure since that coincides. Call me crazy, but I would like to dress up as pirates one night and our Halloween costumes another night....

From what I understand, Pirate's night is on Halloween night. So I guess we all will have to be doing 2 costumes that night. We won't be doing pirates we will be doing made up Sith's for Star Wars costumes.

This will be our first cruise - so why not Disney! Are FE's geared more towards families with kids - or can couples without children be included as well? We are pretty excited to be joining the cruise - we are celebrating our first anniversary on October 31st

Hello Everyone! I'm starting to get more excited about the cruise and thinking about excursions and what not now My sister (Mamapoppins) is handling most of the FE stuff so while we chat about it from time to time I hadn't really gotten too excited just yet. Had 2 Disney trips and a beach trip to get out of the way between Mar-July and one more Disney trip Oct. 3-6 to get ready for but now I'm ready and JUST pulled out our pirate costumes. DH and I are only dressing up as a pirate however since pirate night is on Halloween I know my daughters will dress up in costumes and may do a costume change into pirate gear for the pirate party. I know DSis is planning several costume changes.

As for excursions, we aren't doing any however DD14 and her friend and DSis may do Kayaking while at Castaway as well as DD19, DD14 and her friend may do Parasailing. Just have to decide LOL! They are also debating the teen excursion (the 14 yr olds that is).

I've been working on my FE gifts a little bit every weekend. I am still trying to convince my BIL and SIL to join on in. The only thing that we books was the package of Bikes, Snorkel Gear, Floats and stingrays at CC. I wanted to do kayaking but the group doesn't want to be up early. Only time available was 9:00am. boo!!!!

Whelp sad news today....DD14 friends family had to cancel. She's upset cause they were both soooooo excited about the teen club. And now back to thinking about excursions and what everyone will do.

We are getting so excited for the Halloween on the High Seas cruise, but first we have a week at WDW the end of Sept. It's time to start the fish extender gifts, got lots of ideas floating around in my head. Let the FE gift making begin!
