I may have read this too fast, but does it give any new Itinerary information? Where will the ships be leaving out of or going to? I heard something about Alaska but I've been hearing LOTS of rumours about that over the years.
Can someone clarify for me? Thank you! HM

No itinerary info. I'd wager at least 1 ship is headed for the west coast. The relative success or not of the Med cruises this summer may have an influence there also.........

Buzz - one of the new ships for the West Coast: Alaska in the summer, Mexico in the winter. The other new ship to Florida for the west long cruises, an existing ship to stay for 3 & 4 day cruises. The other existing ship to Europe to help establish the company there.

But that's a long, long way off. Many things can happen.

Why not just take one of the many, often better, non-Disney Alaska cruises?

I guess because we and our kids love Disney so much and we've never gotten a chance to go on a Disney cruise. My daughter in particular is a travel, history and nature nut so she REALLY would love to go on this cruise but by the time it comes along she'll be 18 so I don't know if she would still like to go? I don't know, we may still go on a cruise to Alaska WITHOUT the kids :rolleyes1 and still go on a Disney cruise with them another time.

Are the names for these ships out??

I've been pulling for the Disney Fantasy and Disney Adventure.
I always thought it'd be a funny in-joke to name the ships after the lands of Disneyland so they'd be the Fantasy, the Adventure, the Frontier and the Tomorrow.

    Otherwise maybe Disney Imagine\Imagination.
