Disney Chase $50 not compatible with on board booking discount/stateroom credit?

You have to call DCL to have them apply the code to your reservation directly. Chase can't do anything about this.

No, I booked GTY just a few days ago and get the $50 Visa credit.

I ran into this last year. I called Disney and Chase about it. You only get one discount. You can choose either the on board booking discount OR the discount/credit offered by paying in full with the Disney card. It is a real bummer. Makes having the card sort of pointless since the rewards points per dollar spent are less than on almost any other rewards card. Only real benefit to the Disney card I think is the 0% interest if you take time paying off your Disney cruise or vacation.
