Disney ADR Site VENT

    Dear Disney,
    Please get your reservations system working properly. It is utterly annoying to keep having to log in after each reservation... and then all my reservations are missing so I have to log back out and re log back in. Ohh and then when I try to cancel reservations it takes a good 4 or 5 tries to make it work.

    Although I love spending my days on Disney sites.... I don't want to be frustrated by it anymore.

    Try cleaning out your cookies....it helps!

    I have the same problems when I use firefox. Try using internet explorer, for some reason I don't have the same problems using internet explorer.

    Even though I have a package reservation, it's only letting me do 1 day!!!!

    Yep, been like that for weeks now. It will not let us do the 10+ reservations unless you call. Whenever I call, my ADRs don't show up online, so that stinks.

    I had/have the same problem. It will not let me do 180+10 and I use internet explorer and cleared my cookies.

    It is so annoying. It also took me 2 days of multiple tries to cancel one of my ADR's!

    I wish they would get this taken care of.

    Yep, just when they get it running well and it all works, they do yet another upgrade and the system is messed up for weeks (months). Why can't they leave well enough alone. I've yet to make my April/May ADRs because of this mess. It is so annoying to say the least!

    That's the new enhancement the added to make it really hard to cancel the ADR's you'll be charged a fee on if you fail to cancel! :thumbsup2

    let us know if you get the +10 to work online. I've not been able to get it to work for me, nor has anyone else in our family and we have 3 different room reservation numbers we can try.

    If I don't get it to work, I am going to be SOL b/c I can't make the reservations from my office when I get to work. Dammit.

    I am at 180 days today. I made the effort to get up at 5:55am, so that I could log in and book all 7 days of ADRs, and it only let me do the 1st day online...so it's not working yet!! I had to wait & call at 7am. Luckily, I got a CM right away & got everything I was looking for. Personally, I would prefer to look at the times available, and make my decision, instead of the CM telling me what is close! I hope they get it fixed soon, for everyone else's sake! :confused3

    Oh...and as a side note, even though I booked 6 of 7 reservations through a CM on the phone instead of online, they are all showing online under "my reservations" on the Disney site.

    I logged back in through Explorer instead of Firefox and didn't have any problems after that. I didn't have to log in each time and it was smooth sailing from that point on. Got everything I wanted, too. 15 ADRs in all!

    Smooth sailing for me this morning too.

    The only annoying thing was having to enter my phone number, CC info and my address every. single. time for the ADRs that required it.
