nope. It was awesome just to have them take care of the big luggage. But if you are so inclined, you can always take your bags down to the bus yourself.

This service is only available for people who book the Hyatt the night before the cruise and book DCL transfers. You can book the Hyatt yourself (can usually get a decent rate) or book the Hyatt through DCL (usually more money). Transfers are separate fee of $35 pp each way.

I don't think you can use this service if you are getting to the port by other means of transportation (like limo or rental car) but I am not sure. You can call the Hyatt to ask.

We stayed at this Hyatt last week and last year as well. No problems at all. We opted to stay in our room until our luggage was picked up each time just to make sure it left the room. This year, there is a form you fill out with your name, room number and how many pieces of luggage you had picked up. You take this to where you get on the bus and give it to them. This is their way of double checking your luggage.
