DHS: Characterpalooza

When Fantasmic is only playing at 8PM, I have read that the Characterpalooza will be 3:30 streets of America and 4:30 Echo Lake. How long are the characters at each location and are there still two sets?

Characters are only able to be onstage for 20 minutes before they return backstage.

Two sets are being reported at this time with a third set being a possibility.
