detailed explaination of tips/gratuities for this newbie please

Hello guys! We have our first DCL vacay booked for Jan 14' and I'm still a little confused on how tips work and what we should expect to pay. It's a 4 nighter. Any help would be fantastic!

Tips for your stateroom host, server, asst. server, and head server will be automatically charged to your onboard account. This totals 12.00 per guest, per day. So for the 3 of you it would be (12.00x3 guests)x 4 nights = 144.00. This amount can be adjusted up or down at Guest Services.

When you order a drink from a bar, a 15% tip is automatically added to the bill. There is a line to add more if you wish.

Porters
Room service
Spa
Palo or Remy
Excursions
Shuttle
