DDP and Aloha Dinner Question

I searched through and couldn't find this answer.

I know that the Aloha Dinner at Poly requires 2 TS's.

How do they determine your seating? Category 1, 2, or 3.

Can you make a request - or do you take what you get?

Category 2 or 3. Beyond that, specific seating is subject to availability.
