Marypoppinsiam - If you dont mind me asking, how much did your son's basket cost you? I'm thinking about doing one for my husband as a surprise.

I think it was around $40. It cost Shirley $12 just to bring it on board. But that was well worth. She does anything you want. There is a thread on this board that is directed just at her baskets. You might get some great ideas of that thread.

Days-going-so-slow...

It was Micho. The pic is old though. I just learned how to do photobucket! Last I heard from Micho, he was staying on land and had just had a baby girl! I hope he is able to stay with his family. He had such love for them! We miss him though!!!

Christmastime on the Magic is very special! Hanging out with Pluto by the pool...my son on the towel storage and daughter laying out with Pluto!

Loved this picture - the interaction between characters and guests on the ship is different than at the parks - it can be a bit more casual and personal. Pluto looks like he was enjoying a break

I am glad to hear about Micho had a baby added to his family. He talked about his family often and taught my kids a few customs children do in his country. My kids loved having him as a server and so did we. I am personally going backwards on this thread to figure out when the last time I posted was. It has been a LONG time. So far I am back to page 150 and still nothing. I do have a great picture of Micho putting ice down my sons shirt that I would like to post if I can remember how. Thanks for the response. I will relay it to my kids.

Thanks Lisa! I took that photo with my 4.0 megapixel Canon Powershot S40 that I bought in 2002. It's pretty small and handy to lug around during vacations. I recently bought a Canon G6, but I find it a bit cumbersome to carry around and take out of it's case. I'll have to see how it fairs if we take another cruise in the future. (You know though that it's the frame that makes allllll the difference. )

That is so good to see Egi!! We really liked him, and our DS who was 12 LOVED him. He is making sure that we request him on our upcoming cruise. Glad to see you liked him too!

Me too!! There is an entire discussion going on about Egi on another thread. He is so great with kids & he's got quite the fan club.

From what I have heard, requesting servers doesn't always work. I was told to make sure to go to guest services when we arrive to be sure that my request was fullfilled. I can't wait to see DD6 face when she see's him again.
