My daughter's dance team is traveling out to Disneyland this July! Has anyone else done this dance event? It's our first time to CA and we can't wait!! Thanks for any insight.

I was coming to ask the same question! We've been to Disneyland many times but this is the first time my daughter gets to dance in the parade. We are going the April 12th weekend.
Anyone done this before? Anyone know what the backstage experience is like for the dancers? My daughter is so excited! And I'm excited about the great deal we got to stay at GCH because of this...lol

I'm taking my dancers on their seventh trip to perform in Disneyland this August. We do an individual performance on the Hollywood Backlot stage, not the parade. We also do a dance workshop with a Disney choreographer.

You will have a similar backstage experience to what we have. We meet a Disney rep in the park and they escort us backstage to warm up or have our dance workshop. It's especially fun to be behind the scenes in Disneyland. Our dancers got a commemorative tshirt as well. They LOVE IT!
