Custom Shirt Ideas for 6 yr old Boy?

We are going to Disney for 7 nights in the spring and I am looking for ideas for a few custom shirts for my 6 yr old son. Here are some things he likes:

Indiana Jones
Lego
Star Wars
Buzz Lightyear
Pirates of the Carribbean (no skulls)
101 Dalmations
Up

He also likes most all super heros and I heard something about Disney buying Marvel but I dont know that a hero shirt will "say" Disney.

I dont want anything too babyish looking. I would like 3-5 shirts. I dont suppose he has to have one for everyday.

I am thinking about tie dye mickey shirts for the whole family for one day.

Id love to see examples of what you have done for your boys or if you are a designer any creations you think would work for us.

Take some time to look through the threads and DISigners shared files.
For example, Donatalie (Natalie) has lots of great shirts in her 4shared file that you can take and personalize if you have MS Word.

Also, look for threads by Maize & Blue, Rustman Fan, Wendypooh, Tebi, Milliepie, Jay Hasker...I know I'm leaving a ton of names off...just trying to remember who is designing and who isn't right now. When you find a thread you like or even an image that you like...look in the person's signature for links to either their thread, photobucket or 4shared file. Then when you find a DISign that you like...you can post a request for it on their thread. It is so much easier that way for you to get exactly what you want rather than waiting to see who might or might not read your thread. Plus you will get a lot more variety that way.


Also, look in Kellybell's shared file to see if she has any name fills you might like with your child's name already made. She isn't personalizing right now but has a TON of names already made:

I am in the same boat as you - working on shirts for my ds6 (soon to be 7).

Check out the Toy Story Lego thread - Rustman did some really cool ones there. I am waiting for one little change there - only b/c of the color of shirts I am using!

The Star Wars ones are to die for = using the names is so cool!

I also used the Toy Story scrabble boards last May and they turned out so cute! Little more subtle!

Yes, not as many choices for out baby boys! Sigh! But the Disigners can come thru for us!

OMG, I love all the designs that are available for boys. For my last 2 trips, I made shirts for my 2 boys for each day. They love the same things you listed. Here are the 2 links that had all the shirts they wore:
