Cruising then renting points question

So, next year I plan on cruising, taking the Magic repositioning cruise from Puerto Rico to Port Canaveral and then renting points to stay at BWV. My question is about using Disney transportation for all the transfers I'll need to and from the ports and then to the airport at the end. Would I have to call the cruiseline or DVC or both?

From the Port to WDW: DCL or TA
From WDW to MCO: DVC (the member you rent from will need to do this)
