My daughters' favorite and easy to make. 1/4 cup of walnuts 2 cloves of garlic 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cups fresh basil 6 ounces silken tofu 1 tablesppon olive oil Combine everything in a food processor. Put into a bowl and add about 1/3 cup of hot water to thin. Serve over your favorite pasta. (If desired, parmesan cheese may be added) This is great for picnics, because it can be served hot or cold.
