Cozumel

A friend of ours just returned from a Carnival Cruise. She said they have rebuilt the pier after the hurricane. Last time we were there, there were not any shops right on the pier but she says now there is. She said there is no need to try and go into town if you just want to shop.

That would be great as my husband is handicapped and we could just use his scooter and go out on the pier to shop.

It that the way it is for the Disney Cruise too?
