Cowfish Spicy Mayo

I love going to Cowfish for sushi and especially enjoy their spicy mayo, does anyone know how they make their sauce?

My guess would be Sriracha and mayo - but I cant say for sure. I have seen that combo used at many sushi places - as well as Belgium style chip shops.

They even sell it pre mixed now in the supermarket - but I prefer to mix my own so I can get more sriracha in it.

Get the Japanese mayo at a local Asian market. Add your own siracha to taste. It will come very close!
