Costumed Mickey during non MNSSHP?

I had a question in regards to M&G in Town Square Theater with Mickey Mouse. Is Mickey wearing his purple magician costume only during MNSSHP hours/nights? We are going to Magic Kingdom on Oct. 13, a non MNSSHP night, and were wondering if we would see traditional Mickey or decked out in his costume.
