We have 4 boys, ages 7, 9, 11 & 13 - I have been trying to decide which excursion to take and can't decide 
Here are the ones I am leaning towards:
#1 Costa Maya Highlights & Beach Combo
Duration: 4 to 4.5 Hours
On this tour you will: Board an air-conditioned bus and begin your adventure through the jungle on off-road trails and along the Caribbean shore. Keep your eyes open for tropical birds and resident iguanas as you travel approximately 45 minutes to the beach. Arrive at the beach and enjoy approximately 75 minutes of free time to explore an endless stretch of the coastline, swim in the beautiful turquoise waters or partake in a volleyball game.
Savor a light snack of fresh fruits, chips, salsa and pico de gallo, included in your tour, along with with a soft drink or beer (Guests 21 and older only).
Hop back on the bus, where the adventure continues off-road and on local roads back to the town of Costa Maya. There, enjoy approximately one hour of free time to explore and peruse the local flea market.
Meet up with your group at the designated time for the return to the pier. Or, you may choose to continue your day in the town and return to the cruise ship by taxi at your own expense.
#2 Costa Maya Salsa & Salsa
Duration: 2.5 to 3 Hours
On this tour you will: Board your transportation for an approximate 15-minute ride to a beachfront restaurant. Learn how to make 3 authentic Mexican salsas from the freshest ingredients. Your guide will lead you during this hands-on cooking class. Then, mix up refreshing Mexican margaritas before getting into the groove of Latin America's most famous dancethe Salsa! Follow step-by step instructions and get ready to hit the dance floor. Enjoy the fruits of your labor (salsa, tortilla chips and up to 3 drinks included) and let kids of all ages take part in a Mexican piñata party. Soak up the sun and splash in the ocean for approximately 75 minutes of leisure time, before returning to the pier.
#3 Costa Maya Beach Snorkel (we are snorkeling in grand cayman also)
Duration: 4 to 4.5 Hours
On this tour you will: Meet your bilingual guide, board your transportation and embark on an approximate 50minute ride to the coastline of one of Costa Mayas best dive and snorkel sites. Receive your snorkel gear and in-depth instructions and safety briefing from your Padi certified guides. Enter the water from the beach with the assistance of your guides and progress as you feel comfortable. View an incredible array of tropical marine life such as parrot fish, butterfly fish and angelfish. Conclude the approximate one-hour snorkeling portion of your tour and enjoy approximately 50 minutes of free time to enjoy the vast stretches of pristine beaches before returning to the ship.
#4 Jungle Beach Break
Duration: 3 to 4.5 Hours
On this tour you will: Travel approximately 40 minutes via air-conditioned bus to the north of Costa Maya and arrive at the exclusive Uvero Beach Club.
Make yourself comfortable and take advantage of the modern beach club facility with amenities such as beach volleyball, soccer pitch, beach chairs, activities staff, kayaks, flotation "noodles" and sand toys. Enjoy a variety of beverages at the bar, included in your tour. Kids' activities and salsa lessons are also available while you stay at Uvero Beach Club. Conclude your approximate 2 hours at the beach, board the transportation and travel back to the pier.
