Condo suggestions for family of 4

We are planning a trip down in late october and was wondering what condos/villas/houses were the best for a family of 4. We need 3 bedrooms. One of our friends will be down at the same time and will be staying at PO so we would prefer something close to the disney resorts. Thanks for any suggestions!

When we visited WDW in March 2002 we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo at Windsor Palms. It was wonderful and the location was great - a 10 minute drive to Disney with almost no traffic.

It's a lovely resort with very nice recreational facilities, clubhouse and pool area. We plan to return there on our next trip. We rented privately through an owner on www.vrbo.com, but you many of the rental companies also offer Windsor Palms as one of their choice properties.

I have stayed at the Royal Palm and/or Sabal Palms many times.
It is right on the border of disney and a wonderful place. Nice, clean and sits on a golf course.
