Comfort Level of AKL Bunks?

has anyone stayed at AKL in a bunk room? we're going with 2 teens..and the family's only complaint last time (at a value) was that the beds we're super uncomfortable. both teens will be sleeping on the bunk beds.. is it much more comfortable than the regular beds at value's?

I can't compare to values beds since I haven't tried them, but we have used the bunks at AKL. My 13 year old son, who is tall, was wishing he had a queen when we got upgraded to the bunks. I laid on them a few times, I would say B- in comfort. On a positive note, they don't have to share a bed.
