Combining Rewards

I always sign up for points programs and my purse (and my keychain) is full of member cards. I save a lot of money, but I also accumulate a lot of different miles and reward plans. If I could find a way to combine my miles from work and my credit cards, I could circle the globe just about. Any thoughts on how to do this?

You can also try leveragecard.com. I saw that they have a rewards/mile management feature. That might be what you’re looking for.
