I have 300+ vacation points available to rent @ $14 per point. Points expire Feb 1, 2021.

Due to the number of points available, I prefer reservations that consist of a minimum of 100 points - with preference to larger points usage.

Please provide the following in order to check availability:
1. Check in/out date
2. DVC resort(s) in order preferred
3. Room type (studio, 1 Bed etc.)
4. View (Standard, preferred etc., if it matters)
5. Number in party including ages of children

Even better if you have already checked availability.

Full payment by personal check when DVC/Disney confirmation is received.

Saratoga has 2 bedrooms (std 156, preferred location 191 points)
Treehouse Villa (sleeps 9) for 199 points
AKL Kidani 2 bedroom lock-off, savanah view for 199 points

New to DVC, the covid "can only borrow half" rule is biting us in the butt for a January trip. Looking for enough points for one more night... 30-40 total. This is less than your preference, but let me know if you are willing to consider.

That's a very popular week. There are no rooms of any type at any property for that full week. I saw a couple blocks for the 23rd to 27th but it will depend on the type of room you need.
