I have several contracts at DVC including Bay Lake Tower, Animal Kingdom, Old Key West, and Saratoga Springs Resort points available for rent at $13 per point

I can also book any DVC resort between 1 month and the next 7 months and BLT, AKV, OKW, SSR between 1 month and the next 11 months.

* Due to DVC renting rules, I need to limit all rentals to 100 points or more *

If you are interested, post a message on this thread or send me a private message (click my user name and then click Start a Conversation) with the following information:

1. Check-in date
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)
4. DVC location

After I check availability, I will send you a Private Message or e-mail with the details and total price.

When you are ready to book, then I will need the following information:

1. Names of all guests and (ages + gender) of the children
2. Address, phone, and e-mail contact information
3. Do you want Magical Express (free airport pickup and drop-off), then I need flight info

Payment terms - I accept payments via personal check or PayPal (add 3% if using PayPal)

50% deposit when you receive an email confirmation from Disney (usually same day)
50% final payment 60 days before check-in

I normally would entertain a transfer, but I used that option already this year, so I can only rent these points.

I can book BLT for dates from now until 2016 and can book May 2016 next month (i.e. in June 2015 as that is 11 months before your checkin)

The farthest out I can book BLT is 11 months from TODAY

I have August 2015 points (expire July 2016) and August 2016 points (I can borrow) to use.

Unfortunately, I used all my transfers. I have multiple home resorts and contract numbers tied into one membership number.

I would suggest making a new thread asking for a BLT transfer (assuming that thread is allowed on DIS) or just responding to another BLT owner if they can transfer points to you.
