This Christmas season is planed to last for longer than before and will end on either the 11th or 18th January. I understand they are still working out the budgets.

DLP want to attract more Russian visitors as they celebrate Christmas on 7th January.

they put on the website that Disney's Enchanted Christmas is from 10th November 2013 until 6th January 2014 so it looks they didnt extend it in the end :confused3

Your right, the website says Christmas to end on the 6th Jan. :confused3 So they are not extending it after all. Maybe their plans to attract more Russian visitors have been shelved.

I really didn't think it would ever happen - I suspect there are very few visitors from Russia at this time of year anyway, and Christmas is already a long season in Disney. Plus the fact that Christmas in Europe is really actually only over a few days in reality so we are lucky with two whole months of it! :-)

Does anyone know any more info on the christmas season?
As when went in November just gone i dont remember Mickey Winter Wonderland being on? Might just be me that missed it. :confused3

Is there going to be anything added or new? I know the parade was new and i heard they will be gradually adding to it each year is this right?

Anything else? Trying to convince OH that a Xmas trip is going to be worth it!! :rotfl: (I personally know it would be he needs a bit more convincing):thumbsup2

Little has been said about Christmas yet. No Mickey's Winter Wonderland, but you are right about adding to the Christmas Cavalcade, that is their plan. All we really know is that they have said they have 'something special' planned for both Halloween and Christmas.
