Christmas/New Year's Dinner

Hi...we are planning to travel to WDW and stay at the Dolphin from 12/23- 1/2. We generally tend to dine only at the Swan and Dolphin. Does anyone know if they do anything special meal wise on Christmas and NYE? Do they have pre-fixe menus?

In the past several restaurants had prixe menus. We had dinner at Todd English's Blue Zoo in New Years night three years ago and it was the regular menu.
