I tried to use the search function & it returned pages of threads! So - I want to walk (fast) the Tink 1/2 in 2014. I have been "training" by walking at as fast of a pace that I can maintain & I am around 17+ mile/min for aprox 8 miles 2x a week. I am slow & I cannot seem to speed up. I am not totally sure I want to run, if there is a method of walking that is fast, so I am intrigued by Chi walking. I know there is some excellent info on here regarding Chi walking, but I can't find it. can anyone either give me input on the pros & cons of Chi walking (or ChiRunning) or direct me to where I can find it? REALLY APPRECIATED! And if anyone has any personal experiences with trying this, I would really love to hear them!
