Here's mine, I leave with my DN 11 on Mar 1st for 9 days.
It's basically from onebag.com with additions for WDW.
I organize all my packing necessities into kits and basically leave most of them packed so I just have to double check the kit and toss it in a bag if I go somewhere (fly for work, camping trip at home, WDW).

Jacket - have to bring to get into airport since it's cold here

If you go to www.allearsnet.com you will find the Ultimate Packing List, it is a bit excessive, however, I still found it very useful. Good Luck planning your trip.
