CharacterPalooza Characters

Hi Guys,

alot of people go to character palooza and know about it now, it moves around alot more than it used to - i got to meet some great characters when it was in the Animation Building,

here are some of the characters we have met over the years;

Thanks for sharing. I've been following Kenny the Pirate in hopes of hitting characterpalooza this August Great pictures with some hard to find villains!

Cool! I am finally going to try to do that this year! I was just reading Kenny the Pirate's site this morning since I heard here that they've added some Fantasmics. Anyone planning to do CharacterPalooza next week should check out KtP because he's showing some times have changed on some days.

The design of Characterpalooza has changed a little, while you can still meet the Queen, the other villains have been cut back. The characters are directly from Fantasmic! now, so some new ones were added and others removed. So far the following have appeared since the change occurred last fall (others still have the potential of coming out):

Mulan
Mushu
Pocahontas
Meeko
Jasmine
Aladdin
Genie
Mary Poppins
Bert
Pinocchio
Geppetto
Chip n Dale

Not sure if you know this, but Mulan is often in the China pavillion in Epcot and Pocahontas is often at conservation station in AK

Pocahontas meets every day, but on Discovery Island, not Conservation station.
Mulan meets in the China pavilion daily.

We did chracterpalooza last month and saw Rafiki, Tiana, Genie, Pinocchio, Minnie, Jasmine and Aladdin, Dopey, and Mulan. My kids were floored to see so many characters at once and DS cites it as one of the highlights of his trip.

We had a great time during Characterpalooza in February! I was especially excited to see Robin Hood, but there weren't any villains at all.

Does anyone know if they rotate characters during different time slots on the same day? We attended the only time slot that worked between fast pass times and dining reservations, but should I have moved the fast pass to get to a second Characterpalooza?

Your pictures are great OP, but I have to laugh at the one of Jafar. The background makes it look like you met him in a DDS office, or at a lawyers office. LOL.

The characters will be the same for each Palooza. If you missed some at the first session, you can return for the second session to meet those you missed.

Ha-Ha! when my Lawyer dosnt do as hes told i bring in Jafar to straighten him out, dosnt everyone?

I havnt seen Bolt around for a long long time im afraid, he was in the ''countdown to fun'' parade in HS (i think it was called that, they said it enuf times in the song)

My friends and I stumbled upon Characterpalooza a couple years ago in the Animation building. Definitely a highlight of that trip. We had so much fun. Hoping to check it again sometime since that list posted above includes characters I haven't met and would love to see.
