Are there any other character meals that do a complimentary photo package like CRT or Askersus?

I don't believe there are any other complimentary packages, no. But you can purchase the photos at some of the others like Tusker House.

Only CRT and Akershus are included. All others are an extra charge.

If you have the photo pass plus, you can get the other meal pictures using the photo pass plus. You have to purchase this, but it is very worth the cost when you consider that you get all the meal pictures, plus the photos from rides and the cd of the pictures taken in the parks!
