Yes, house was under contract, closing was to be July 29, so on July 27, we had a moving company come and store our furniture. Finally, our insurance company wanted $4000+ policy to insure an empty house...so..we are going back to Ohio. DH is there now. I have medical stuff here through Thanksgiving, so I will be back and forth for awhile. It's good, we made a decision and getting on with our lives. The buyers kept blaming the mortgage company, but there must be a serious problem since a parent was coming signing.
