What celebrities have you have seen at the parks? not performing mind you, just walking around seeing the sites like you!!

I'll start.. We were at Animal Kingdom and it was a couple of days before Star Wars weekend. We were exiting EE and I saw Warwick Davis. Who's he? Well he's a little person who has been a lifelong actor, been in tons of stuff from from Willow to Harry Potter, to of course the most famous Ewok in the Star Wars films. He was on a little scooter with his children. I didnt bother him, as he's there with his family, but I did make eye contact and smile.

okay.....:surfweb:
Your turn!

We saw Whoopi Goldberg walk past us with a small entourage as we were eating funnel cakes at Sleepy Hollow in Dec. 2009. I think she was narrating the Candlelight Processional at Epcot that week.

About seven years ago, I saw Brian Dennehy (who I had seen narrating The Candlelight Processional earlier that night) coming out of the jazz club at Pleasure Island. I walked up to him and told him how much i appreciated his work. He was really nice and shook my hand.

We were there the week after the Super Bowl in 07 when the Colts won. We saw Tony Dungy (then head coach of the Colts) and his family in DHS one day and AK the next day. He seemed like a really nice guy, there were lots of Colts fans down there that week obviously, and he seemed to making time for everyone.

Shooter Jennings (Waylon's son) and Drea DeMateo (Sopranos) at MK

Samuel L. Jackson at MGM (it was still MGM then)

Couple of other "could have beens" but really don't care- I like the local celebrities better- Mickey and Minnie are more my style

We saw Jim Fregosi (Phillies manager) and his family in January 1994 at Hollywood (then MGM) Studios. This was after the Phillies had just lost the World Series the season before.

Being lifelong Phillies fans, my DH and I did go up to him and I asked "could I just shake your hand and say thanks, then we'll leave you alone." He was really nice and took a few minutes to sign DHs Phillies hat and take a photo with us.

That was in the days when January was DEAD time at Disney and we ran into him about 6 times throughout the day. We tried to avoid eye contact, or we were afraid he would have thought we were stalking him :rotfl:. Oh yeah, he was in a full Phillies RED warm-up suit and hat, so I don't think he wanted to be anonymous!

Great memory for us.

never actually saw him but last time we were there feb 2006 we were at MK(?) supposedly Michael Jackson was there that day too.

Saw Tom Hanks, actually saw him in Seasons at the old Disney Institute. Got to serve him dinner :) saw Michael Eisner the same place, served him lunch.

Saw Terry Bradshaw getting on a coaster as well as Shaq. Shaq was not getting on the coaster but was waiting for his family to get off one. :)

I've know there are more but those are the ones that stick out.

We saw Neil Patrick Harris at MK one night right before the fireworks were about to start. Of course I couldn't remember his name at first, so he was of course called "Doogie Howser" :confused3 This was just as "How I Met Your Mother" had become popular. I also believe he was narrating the Candlelight Processional that week.

many years ago we saw Kelly Ripa and her husband. this was when they just had the 1 child and he was a baby i think. We were waited forever for Dumbo and i see a group get on that has just bypassed the line. I heard many people talking about how they were soap stars but at the time i did not know who they were.

This was many years ago, but my DH and I saw Sigourney Weaver with her daughter at MK. We were waiting in line (can't remember exactly what ride, but it was in Fantasy Land) and they were ushered in. Wonder what she thinks of the GMR?

I saw Brittney Spears a couple of years ago. We were staying at AKL and so was she and her sons.

Chris Rock and his family were under those pavilions at the exit to Dinosaur. Everyone just zoomed pass, but we noticed him and waved and said hi Chris. He waved back but appeared thankful that we didn't come up and bother him or make him more noticeable.

Saw Richard Dreyfus and his family getting into a private car at the AKL.

We have seen tons of golfers but I don't know their names.

Ralph Lauren was at Chef Mickey's the one night with a large group of family.

We had just arrived at the Beach Club in Nov and I was sitting in the lobby and a very tall man walked by with a very beautiful woman on his arm and I looked at him and I thought to myself - wow, he looks just like Rick Springfiled (I've known him from General Hospital back in the 80s!). So, as we're walking through Epcot later, I see a sign by the American Gardens Theatre is a sign announcing the Rick Springfield concert later that night- it was during F&W festival. And boy, was that line long 5 hours before the show!

We have seen: Hulk Hogan at the GF. Kelly Ripa at Citricos. Bruce Jenner in the lobby of AKL. Wayne Brady also the lobby of AKL.

My dad swears to have seen Robbie Coltrane (Hagrid from Harry Potter) at Typhoon Lagoon when we were there in 2005, but none of us were with him at the time so we don't really know. x)

We saw Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) a couple of years ago, heading backstage by Pirates of the Carribean. We also saw Howie Mandel in Suess Land at Universal 2 years ago. Hubby took a picture of Howie who was gracious to smile. Paige from Extreme Makeover Home Edition was filming a promo on the Teacups in MK on our recent trip in January. Couldn't get a picture of Dwayne. I know we've seen more, hubby will fill me in later.

I rode RnR at DHS with Denise Austin and I rode in the boat at the Mexico Pavilion at EPCOT with Newt Gingrich.

Not really "stars" but they were both very nice and it was a cool experience.

My best friend who works at the Poly got to escort Jennifer Hudson up to club level before. She said she was so nice and wanted to carry her own bags... :)
