CBR to Premium Outlets

We will be staying at CBR in November and using the Disney buses. Looking at having a shopping day and wondering what is the easiest way to get to the Premium outlets from CBR

The easiest way is a taxi at a cost of approx $18-$20 plus tip and take between 10-20 minutes.
