Awesome reports. I am really looking forward to your reports on the BC concierge (we are staying there for our DS 9th birthday celebration in Nov 9-17). I like you have arrange welcome gifts, pillow gifts and the birthday cruise. I have heard so many mixed review that I'm really looking forward to hearing your reports. We are also staying at the Royal Pacific the 2 days before our disney vacation. Thanks for the great reports. Sounds like you two are having a wonderful time.

I'm enjoying your trip reports Cassie. I'm planning to spent some time at HRH next June as well and am liking your details. How do you reserve those cabanas? Also, give me some details about that TV/DVD player Noel has. What brand, etc? I'd love to get Skye, my DGD8, one for Christmas to use on our trips. She's loved movies ever since she was an infant. Thanks!

It says 2.5 hours for the battery but ours has ben lasting 4 hours - maybe as time goes on it won't last as long... but I bought a second battery anyway for 80.00 just in case.

It came in handy during the power outage - I let Noel watch movies on the one battery and used the other for our flight the next day. She was able to watch Harry potter and E.T. on one and harry potter, Timemachine and part of Shrek (because we landed) on the other

Cabana.. just call the hard rock and ask for recreation/workout room - they reserve it for you there. You can also just go to the workout room and book it in person.
