Cardio to Strength Training Ratio

I am less than 15 pounds from my goal weight, so I am reassessing my fitness plan. Any thoughts on the ratio of cardio to strength training I should be doing at this point? I love cardio. Weights, not so much! I am willing to do whatever I need to do though!
 
are you to the point where you are toning nicely and gaining muscle which weighs more? If so you'll have to do cardio / reevaluate nutrition IMO or take the chance of loosing muscle.
 
I am toning in some places, but some are still jiggly, if you know what I mean! This is all such uncharted territory for me...I have no idea what I am doing!
