Car Service w. Rear Facing Car Seat ?

Has anyone used a car service that will provide BOTH a rear-facing car seat for a ~20lb 15 month old and a booster seat with a back for ~40 lb 4.5 year old? I realize it would likely require using an SUV type vehicle. We've used a car service in the past but they cannot provide the rear facing seat.

The only ones I know of only provide 1 seat, forward facing.
Is bringing yours on the plane not an option? I know some convert to a stroller
