Cancelling a Reservation

Hey I went to cancel a reservation on the website and I was asked if this was a linked reservation. If it was would have to call member services to cancel it. My Question is when they say linked do they mean linked to My Disney Experience? or linked to something else?

Linked to a separate reservation at the same resort for a continuing stay, not MDE.
