Can you stay at the Dolphin and get food plan?

For as many times as I have been to Disney. I have never stayed at the Swan/Dolphin. I am booking a trip for someone who is interested in staying at the Dolphin and don't know if free dining is a part of that.?

No. You cannot get the dining plan at the Swan, Dolphin, Shades of Green, or any Downtown Disney hotel.
