Can you reccomend an excursion for the Eastern Carribean cruise?

We are interested in an excursion that gives us a 2-3 hour or less tour which teaches us the history of the location? We are not interested in the tours that take us snorkeling or swimming with the "whatever'. We are more interested in the history.
