Can you Charge on your KTTW card at the parks with Land & Sea Packages?

Just wondering if you can charge on your land and sea KTTW cards while at the resorts and parks since that same card is your stateroom key and ship charging card. If you can, do you look after those charges at the resort or are they looked after on the ship if we are trying to do the cash thing. Thanks so much as everyone here helps out and the information is so valuable.

You can use your KTTW card in the parks and resorts while on a land/sea. Your resort charges are cleared up prior to embarking on the Magic, so if you want to use cash for that, you'll need to settle up the night before.
