The new dining plans says we can correct? but has anyone confirmed that we can use our credits on non dining plan family members?

Jadyreen is correct. Technically if you have a package of 3 adults in one room, each magic band can be scanned for 3 adult guests during dining. So you could technically have 9 guests dining together at one table using 3 magic bands if you havr a package of 3 adults in one room.

Probably a stupid question but when dinning as a large party (8 ppl) we only give the server one of the magic bands right? Or does she need all 8 bands? Haven't been to the parks since all this MB started. We used to just give them one MYW card to pay at dinner. Also when they come back with bill using credits will we be able to leave cash as a Tip or will it have to be paid by whatever is on the MB of the one we gave the CM?.

Also on our last night due to some of us going to signature dining we will have 8 people dining but only 7 TS credits left. WE can simply pay for the extra person right? The restaurant is Raglan Road that we should be at if that matters. Thanks for any help!

There has been no official announcement stating this is allowed. The plan documentation has gotten a little more vague on the topic. 12disneybee's method is certainly a way to hide and potentially scam Disney, if you want to take her advice.

Why would it be a scam? You paid for 9 credits and are just choosing to use them all at once. It isn't like you would be getting free meals.

It violates the terms of the plan that you purchased, and you're exploiting a loophole in the way Disney accounts for credits in an effort to fraudulently extract additional value. Those credits would either go unused or be redeemed for a less expensive meal. Disney counts on that when they price the plan. I use strong words in an effort to make that point.
