Can we just get dessert if book Be Our Guest lunch?

You can but you'll be missing out...the lunch food is better than any dessert option to be had there.

I have actually been there multiple times. Our DD actually asked to go she said she wanted to show it to her friends. (The newbies we are taking) She does not eat the food well but the desserts she loves. I do like the food but dunno about the other kids. We may end up sharing actual meals but I dunno yet.

The Strawberry is my favorite cupcake in Disney. (Except if Boardwalk Bakery still has the Peppermint Bark Cupcake at christmas time)

Why not? Now people can get a pre-park opening for their whole party and pay for one cupcake. You should be able to get dessert only at lunch.
