Can we get a TIW card if we trade our RCI points for a room?

I can't seem to find the answer to this question anywhere. We're tentatively planning a trip around the second week of January 2013 and we will be trading our RCI points for a room (probably at The Beach Club Villas). This is the first time we've traded our RCI points for a Disney room. Does anyone know if we would be able to get a TIW card if we do this? I know DVC members can get them and they can't get the free dining plan if/ when it's offered. We're just trying to figure out how to go about dining this time around. We've done the dining plan before and it usually works out for us, but if we get a room with a kitchen, maybe just the TIW card to get that 20% off the bill would be helpful. Any ideas?

Sorry, unfortunately just renting points won't give you the privilege of purchasing the TIW card, however, you can get one if you purchase and Annual Pass for someone in your party.
